Quilt-In Giveaway!

I had a good day of quilting today - organized my sewing room a bit and actually got my CityScape lap quilt totally quilted and bound!  Woohoo!  That's one off the list.  Will try to get some pictures tomorrow.  The weather may not cooperate, but I will try.

Today did have a couple interuptions, had to make a run to the store (but I picked up supplies for one of the projects on my list!) and had an activity this evening I had to go to.  But now I should be all set for the rest of the weekend.  I am excited to work on some new things - will have to charge up the kindle for some movie watching as well, love that Amazon Prime subscription!

Tomorrow I am going to start out with making some quilt blocks.  I have been thinking Puss In The Corner, but when I went to find the block pattern, it wasn't what I had in my mind.  I did an internet search and came up with a version of the block that I like better, and plan to use it for my blocks:

I am planning to try it on point and see what it looks like!  I think it will be a fun block to make.

I also came up with a couple of doorprizes for a giveaway.  One giveaway will be for my Mini Selvage Bin pattern plus a bundle of selvages.  You'll be hooked once you make this!

The other will be a Mystery bundle of scraps from my sewing room - I'll give you a hint later tomorrow :)  To enter, leave a comment on my blog telling me what you are working on, and go take a visit to my facebook page.  I hope you will like my page while you are there - I am almost at 1000 likes!  Wow - I never thought I would have that many!

a Rafflecopter giveaway

I have three different things up on my design wall and since they are BOM's I'm getting ready to cut out a quilt Halloween quilt. I also need to make two pairs of pj bottoms because winter will be here before I know it. Can you tell I get bored easily. Rina
