Today I am celebrating the 10th Anniversary of opening my Etsy shop - PamelaQuilts! I opened it just several months after starting this blog (yes, I did miss celebrating my 10 year of blogging somehow as well).
Here is the first quilt I sold on Etsy - Family Treasures:
Selling on Etsy has given me the opportunity to learn and grow in many areas. I've learned a bit about photography, SEO and marketing! It's been really fun - and challenging. Etsy has changed a lot since I first joined. At times it can be frustrating, but I still feel like it is worth it to keep up on.
One of the best parts about Etsy is the Quiltsy Team. We are a group of Etsy sellers who are quilters. What a great group it is, and I am so proud to be their captain. It sure keeps me on my toes, but it is worth every minute of my effort! We are currently in the middle of a team promotion - Quiltsy Cares. Today is my feature day (and my day to write the post - how in the world did I manage to do that? I really was not paying attention!) You can visit TeamQuiltsy to see that post as well.
I am offering 10% off all purchases in my Etsy shop for the next week to celebrate. I have my original patterns as well as quilts, lanyards and luggage tags available. Plus Quilted Journal covers, and a few assorted odds and ends. Take a look and see if you find anything you might like!
